The Diamondbacks had a "Faith &Family" night for $10 a ticket so we participated and bought 5 to go this past Saturday the 19th. What a fun time...We got their early enough that we all go a Micah Owings bobble head doll and so now we have 5 of them.
The girls (Alexxis & Natalie) and I walked around the entire park looking for a McDonald's (they are addicted) but could find no McDonald's to get them so they settled for Peter Piper Pizza. Cheryl has a cheeseburger and I had some Mexican burro thing from Garcia's....The game was a blowout -- we smoked the Padres and we had a great time. There was to be a Todd Agnew concert following but Payton was tired and almost falling asleep and @ 9:15 the group still had not set up so we bailed and went home to bed....All in all a great time at the 'old ball game' and I am sure we will do it again this summer...Baseball is the best game, that's for sure....and we have the Best Team 00 at least so far through this season.....
Aunt DD sent us some 'Syracuse' infant clothes in the mail today for Preston...and an Irish onesie -- funny because it has a Shamrock on the backside.....He will look very cute in it...even if Syracuse is not my Alma mater...oh well I'll cheer for them anyway -- Go Orangemen!!! Thanks DD!!!!
We have started to collect quite the assortment of Boy clothes already and it is hard for me to still believe that in about 3 weeks he will be here and we will then have 4 and 1 Boy......AWESOME...The girls are so excited to have him coming as well.
Well not a big post but a fun one....so that's it from us for now....busy week this week -- every night something going on. Please pray for our 1st presentation on Thursday night of the Ministry and please continue to pray for our support as we ramp up efforts at local churches around. Cheryl had the great idea of doing the party here due to the option of paying for all the food, drinks, and unlimited rides they could handle until closing....and that was it --- if you a kid who likes laser tag, frog hoppers, trains, carousels, rock walls, bumper cars, and go karts then "UNLIMITED" rides is as close to heaven as your going to get.....Well Here are some photos of the activities and kids, and of course the Birthday Girl...
