There is way to much to go over in a blog entry and too many pictures, not to mention the sensitive nature of the place and things going on so suffice it to say we are seeking confirmation that this is the place where our family can thrive, grow closer to the king, and invest ourselves for a season.
I can however share some highlights:
Our visit to
the Dead Sea was so very fun...never knew that you can stand straight up in the water and still not sink more than a few inches....and the mud was fun to play with as well as you can see from the 8 of us who covered ourselves with it. It is what your supposed to do since it supposedly contains all of the minerals know to mankind and it is supposed to help clear up bruise and cuts etc.Wadi Rum & Petra were just AWESOME....we had the honor from out Lord to spend the night in a Bedouin tent in the middle of the Arabian desert...which was just amazing and picturesque...I climbed a huge sand dune and took some pictures with my new friends from Amman as you can see here.
Finally I'll say Petra (1 of the New 7 Wonders of the World) was also amazing -- more climbing and more amazing sights...Cheryl rode a camel and when i get that off of the camcorder I will put it up here for everyone to see. It was a long day but so amazing....Hamdilila (Praise the Lord).
